In Game 1, Jackson Frame (Newcastle, Austrailia/Callaghan HS) led the offense with two hits and the team's lone RBI. Nick Schuster (ELyria, Ohio/Elyria HS) and Joey Kulwicki (Grafton, Ohio/Midview HS) each added hits, with Jacob Sanders (Columbia Station, Ohio/COlumbia HS) reaching base twice and stealing a base. On the mound, Luke Decker (Elyria, Ohio/Midview HS) pitched 3.1 innings with 4 strikeouts, while Tyler DiLuciano (Cleveland, Ohio/Holy Cross HS) threw 1 inning, striking out one.
