LCCC 2023:

• Debuted with the LCCC Commodores in 2023 at the Wooster Invitational (4K - 9th Place, 17:33.4)
• Ran 25:37 at the All-Ohio Championships (6K)
• Ran 24:22 at Ohio Wesleyan Invitational (6K)
• Ran 24:49 at Falcon Invite at Bowling Green (6K)
• Won the NJCAA Region 12 DIII Individual Championship with a time of 19:56.7 (5K) finishing 5th overall
• Finished 5th overall with a time of 20:03.90 at the NJCAA DIII National Championships
• Named NJCAA All-American in 2023

Brookside HS:

• Palmer also ran varsity track for Brookside for three seasons
• Graduated in 2023 with a GPA of 3.89
• Named MVP of the cross country team all four years she attended Brookside (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022)
• She made All-Ohio in 2022 and holds the Brookside records for a 5k race at 18:52 and for the two mile race with 12:31

Personal:

• Palmer says she loves to run because of the competitive nature of it, the bonding it creates, and competiting with her teammates. 
• Her favorite memory running was at the Senaca East Night Race in 2022 and the Dan Olien Invite in 2019
• She describes herself as a runner that is constantly learning, growing, and pushing to improve
• She is studying to be a Physical Therapy Assistant at LCCC
