LCCC Travels to All-Ohio Intercollegiate Classic
The Lorain County Community College cross country teams will head to Cedarville, Ohio Friday evening for the 2024 All-Ohio Intercollegiate Classic on the campus of Cedarville University.
This week the Commodores men's cross country team moved up to 6th in the National Junior College Athletic Association DIII rankings, up from 7th in the preseason poll, after a strong showing at the Wooster Invitational on August 30, 2024 where sophomore Michael Couture (Elyria, Ohio/Open Door Christian HS) placed 25th out of 56 runners.
Madison Palmer (Sheffield Village, Ohio/Brookside HS) is looking to build on her strong start in the Wooster race after finishing 9th overall in the four mile tune up. Palmer is coming off an All-American season in 2023 where she finished fifth overall in the DIII NJCAA Championships.
