LCCC SUBWAY MARKETPLACE Athlete of the Week for Mar. 17-23

Joseph Mealey (North Ridgeville, Ohio/North Ridgeville HS) is the Lorain County Community College SUBWAY MARKETPLACE Athlete of the Week for the week of March 17-23, 2024.

Mealey went 6-for-11 during the week as the freshman had two doubles and drove in three runs for the Commodores in doubleheaders against Delta College and Edison State Community College.  Against Edison State on March 17, 2024, he went 3-for-4 with a run scored, a double, and one RBI against the Chargers.

Mealey is batting .317 with 10 RBI and two stolen bases.
