LCCC SUBWAY MARKETPLACE Athlete of the Week for Mar. 31-April 6

Colby Cabrera (Amherst, Ohio/Marion L. Steele HS) is the Lorain County Community College SUBWAY MARKETPLACE Athlete of the Week for the week of March 31-April 6, 2024.

Cabrera has been one of the most consistent 1v1 Super Smash Bros. Ultimate players for the Commodores during the National Junior College Athletic Association Esports 2024 Spring Season. Playing in his second semester after going 9-1 during the fall of 2023, Cabrera put together a 5-2 record in Tier 2 Series play earning himself a spot in the NJCAAE playoffs.  Cabrera capped off the spring season with 4-0 win against Montgomery Community College on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
