Bio

Scott Nader was hired as LCCC’s Softball Head Coach in May of 2026. He brings extensive coaching and player development experience in both baseball and softball, with a strong background in travel ball and high school athletics. A graduate of Rocky River High School, Nader spent 33 years working for Ford Motor Company while dedicating time to coaching and mentoring young athletes throughout Northeast Ohio over the past decade.

Nader founded the Ohio Hit Club and has coached numerous competitive travel softball programs, including Monsters Fastpitch, T3 Mavericks Fastpitch, and Lady Lookouts Elite Fastpitch.  His teams have competed across multiple age levels, helping athletes develop both fundamentally and competitively.

At the high school level, Nader has served in several coaching roles within Brookside Schools, including head middle school coach, assistant varsity coach, and head varsity softball coach.  He most recently served as the head varsity softball coach at Black River High School.

In addition to team coaching, Nader has provided private hitting instruction for the past eight years, working with both baseball and softball athletes at the high school and collegiate levels.
