Rashad J. Reed is the Assistant Coach of the Lorain County Community College eSports team. A lifelong Elyrian, Rashad graduated from Elyria High School in 1998 with a strong athletic background in football and track.

His early passion for electronics and gaming led him to pursue a degree in Business Technology and Software Development at Lorain County Community College in the early 2010s. Since then, he has been a dedicated member of the LCCC family, contributing to software development and maintenance across the campus.

Rashad's love for technology and gaming has been a lifelong pursuit. He has enjoyed building custom computers for friends and family and has closely followed the evolution of video game consoles. His competitive spirit, reignited in recent years, now fuels his role as an eSports coach. While his heart remains with console role-playing games, he brings a wealth of technical expertise and a competitive edge to the LCCC eSports team.
