Rayan Zaidi graduated from Marion L. Steele High School in 2023 and ran varsity cross country for one season for the Comets while earning academic awards while in high school.
His favorite memory of running cross country is earning the Southwest Conference Player of the Week Award.
He loves running cross country because of all the people he gets to meet and the experiences that come with it. He would describe himself as a hardworking runner, especially when around the team.
