December 10, 2022 – – The Lorain County Community College women's basketball team lost to Clark State Community College Saturday afternoon, 76-45.
Leading scorer for the Commodores was Danah Ewing (Elyria, Ohio/Elyria HS) with 16 points. The sophomore from Elyria, Ohio also pulled down six rebounds with two assists. Cora Sanders (Elyria, Ohio/Elyria HS) also scored in double figures with 11 points and had seven rebounds, one assist, and two steals.
Sidney Iler (LaGrange, Ohio/First Baptist Christian) scored nine points and also had six assists for the Commodores.
LCCC will travel to Detroit, Mich. next week to take on Community Christian College on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022. Tipoff is at 5:30 p.m.
