February 8, 2023 - - The Lorain County Community College women's basketball team fell to Cuyahoga Community College Wednesday evening, 81-31.
Leading the Commodores in scoring was Sidney Iler (LaGrange, Ohio/First Baptist Christian) with 17 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists for her first double-double of the season. Also scoring in double figures was Jelene Williams (Sheffield Village, Ohio/Brookside HS) with 13 points. Elizabeth Kudlo (Elyria, Ohio/First Baptist Christian) had eight rebounds while Michaela Roberts (Vermilion, Ohio/Vermilion HS) had six rebounds.
LCCC's final home game of the 2022-23 season this Saturday against Hocking College has been cancelled and the Commodores will travel to Clark State Community College on February 18 to finish the season against the Eagles. Tip is at 3:00 p.m.
