SUBWAY MARKETPLACE Athlete of the Week for Dec. 1-7

Ally Winnen (Lorain,Ohio/Elyria Catholic HS) is the Lorain County Community College SUBWAY MARKETPLACE Athlete of the Week for the week of Dec. 1-7, 2024.

Winnen, a sophomore center, earned her second OCCAC Player of the Week honor this week after an outstanding performance against Lakeland Community College. Winnen scored a season-high 34 points, grabbed 16 rebounds (10 offensive), and contributed two blocks, a steal, and an assist in the Commodores' first conference win of the season.

She leads the OCCAC in rebounds per game (14), total blocks (15), and field goal percentage (52.6) and ranks second in points per game (17).
