Softball Splits Doubleheader With Hocking College In Home Opener At Pipe Yard

March 23, 2025 - - The Lorain County Community College softball team escaped game one with a slim 12-11 victory over the Hocking College Hawks before falling in the second game, 25-15. LCCC erased an 11-run deficit in game two, but a nine-run inning by the Hawks eliminated any chance at a sweep.
Softball Sweeps Terra State In Season Opening Doubleheader

March 19, 2025 - - The Lorain County Community College softball team opened the 2025 season with two wins against Terra State Community College at Sports Force Park in Sandusky, Ohio. LCCC won the first game 15-9, backed by Alexis Sheridan’s three home-run, complete-game pitching performance, and cruised to a sweep of the Titans in game two with 21-run explosion.
Baseball and Softball Practices Begin In January

January 10, 2025 - - Lorain County Community College is excited to announce the start of practices for its softball and baseball teams this month as they prepare for their upcoming seasons in the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference (OCCAC) and NJCAA Division III Region 12.

Soon after the New Year begins the Lorain County Community College softball team will be hosting two indoor youth softball leagues inside the Ewing Activities Center Fieldhouse during January and February.
