November 9, 2024 - - The Lorain County Community College men’s and women’s cross country teams competed at the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III National Championship meet in Mechanicsville, Va. on Saturday, November 9th, 2024.
Palmer Wins NJCAA Region 12 DIII Individual XC Championship; Couture Makes All-Region

October 25, 2024 - - For the second year in a row, Madison Palmer (Sheffield Village, Ohio/Brookside HS) took home the DIII individual championship at the National Junior College Athletic Association Cross Country Region 12 Championships in Goodells, Mich. Against all runners at the event, including DII, she finished in 7th place with a time of 19:40.4.

Palmer Turns in Top 10 Finish at Wooster Invitational

September 1, 2024 - - The Lorain County Community College cross country season got underway at the Wooster Invitational Friday evening where runners battled not just the rolling hills of the L.C. Boles Memorial Golf Course, but heat and humidity as well. However, the Commodores still had two runners posting Top-10 and Top-25 finishes after both races were completed. Held at the College of Wooster, LCCC was one of four regional colleges (Oberlin, Wooster, and Baldwin Wallace) competing in the non-scoring race.
